Background:
Pearl Echo is Domain-Aware and will automatically find your database of Active Directory Users and Groups in order to set up Custom Control Profiles. Installing Pearl Echo server on Windows NT 4.0 does not expose AD Users and Groups.
Solution:
Microsoft has developed extensions for the Windows NT 4.0 operating system that allow this client platform to take advantage of features provided by the Windows 2000 Active Directory service.
Download and install the Active Directory Client Extensions for Windows NT from microsoft.com.
