Background:
When using the built-in Web Crawler to build an Allow List, you receive the message "The Pearl Echo crawler was unable to access the URL. Please verify your entry or try again later."
Solution:
The URL you enter to be crawled must be valid.
- Enter the site to be crawled with http:// or https:// prepended to your URL.
- Check that the site you are entering is accessible in your web browser checking for redirection to another URL or from http to https.
- Verify "Use TSL 1.2" and "Use TSL 1.1" are selected in the "Security" section of the "Advanced" tab under Internet Options
