REQUIREMENT MET |
A school administrative authority must certify that its policy of Internet safety includes monitoring the online activities of minors. |
Pearl Software's Internet Management products have been designed to allow you to manage every step an Internet user makes by creating a complete audit trail of Internet activity. Pearl Software's Quick Link™ features allow you to automatically link back to Web sites visited and restore the text of incoming and outgoing News, E-mail, Skype Chat and IM items, allowing you to maintain a history of all Internet activity for review. |
Enforce a policy of Internet safety that includes measures to block or filter Internet access for both minors and adults to certain visual depictions. These include visual depictions that are (1) obscene, or (2) child pornography, or, with respect to use of computers with Internet access by minors, (3) harmful to minors. An authorized person may disable the blocking or filtering measure during any use by an adult to enable access for bona fide research or other lawful purpose. |
Pearl Software's Internet Management products allow you to control access to more forms of content then any other product available. Access restrictions or allowances may be set based on control lists, content categories, rated materials, or time-of-day. Access to Web, Mail, News, Chat, FTP and IM content can be set based on your customized profiles. |
