Issue: Updating the Pearl Echo SQL Module Interface

Background:

The Pearl Echo SQL Server report engine has changed with version 10.05.0005. If you are patching the Pearl Echo Administration Console to the latest version from a version that predates version 10.05.0005 AND you are using SQL Server to store your Pearl Echo activity, you will need to patch your Pearl Echo SQL Server database(s).

 

Solution:

  1. Download the latest Pearl Echo 10 CD.
  2. Execute the sql scripts located in the \utilities\SQL Server Files directory of the Pearl Echo CD. Detailed instructions appear at the top the the upgrade sql scripts.
